This Privacy Policy covers the HELPERS COMMERCIAL BROKERS SERVICES, its websites, mobile applications, and mobile websites (except where you are notified of another privacy policy by the specific Helpers who collects your personal information).

We use aggregated statistics provided by third party digital platforms about your interaction with us across multiple devices, such as your laptop and mobile, based on your log‑ins into different services offered by these third parties. These statistics help us understand your journey across different devices and personalise the look and feel of our Platforms. These third-party digital platforms also allow us to personalise our advertisements to you on your various devices on the basis of your behaviour on one or more of your devices where you have logged into the relevant third parties’ services. 

We use other aggregated data provided by third party digital platforms including demographic information (such as age and gender) and your interests (such as travel and shopping) derived from your other website usage, together with our own aggregated data about your interactions with us on our Platforms to understand user behaviour to improve our Platforms, products, and services. We do not disaggregate this data to identify your specific demographic or interest information.

Collection of User's Personal Photos, Users Image:

We may collect and store personal photos of the user for the purpose of providing certain features or services within the application. These photos may include profile pictures, avatars, or any other images uploaded or shared by the user. We treat the privacy and security of personal photos with the utmost importance and take appropriate measures to protect them from unauthorized access or disclosure. By using the application, you consent to the collection and use of your personal photos as outlined in this Privacy Policy.

Your Email Address

To register for an account, we require you to supply us with your email address, or other information needed to contact you online and over the phone. We use your e-mail address and other contact information you provide us with to confirm your order and to communicate with you in case of an order problem, so one cannot register without an e-mail address. If you supply us with your email address, you may later access it, update it, modify it and delete any inaccuracies by accessing your account through my account information link on the user main page. You may also choose simply not to provide us with your email address; however you will not be able to register on the website and place orders. We communicate part of your contact information (name, surname, order delivery address and phone number) with the member vendor from which you have placed an order.
